Salary: £9.50 - £13.50 p/h
Day shifts basic £9.50 plus performance bonus (up to £12.50 p/h)
Night shifts basic £10.50 plus performance bonus (up to £13.50 p/h)
You can work any 5 days out of 7 (includes weekends)
128 hour contract on days and 160 hour contract on nights. These are subject to successful completion of a 12 week probationary period. The contracts will be as guaranteed hours over a 4 week period. The criteria to be achieved:
95% CPM minimal average performance (over 1 week).
Less than 6% absence during probationary period.
Xmas attendance bonus of £100 for full attendance over 4 weeks period plus £50 if you agreed to work on boxing day and New Year day.

Days:
12:00-20.00;
14:00-22.00;
Nights:
19:00-04.00;
21:00-06.00;
Performance bonus paid weekly. You can earn up to £13.50 per hour
Successful candidates will receive a full site induction and full training will be provided

Requirements of a Warehouse Operative:
Flexible attitude towards hours worked
Ability to commit to shift patterns which include a large proportion of weekend working as standard, which do not attract any premium payments
Following a period of initial training, Warehouse Operatives need to carry out a variety warehouse tasks to a high standard after an initial training period
Be expected to work all bank holidays, with the exception of Christmas Day, if they fall within your shift pattern. Holiday days in lieu of bank holidays worked will be provided.
Willingness to transfer between warehouses or onto other warehouse related duties as directed by a member of management
To conform to the drug and alcohol policy that operates on site - all successful applicants will be tested prior to any offer of employment being made
